1Payment method
There are three ways to make a purchase: in store, online and through Pay Pal and Insta Pago system (shopping bag): this way allows purchases with credit, debit cards and bank accounts transfers or through the Pay Pal customer account sending an email to: pagoproducto@msxisty.com with data of products of interest. Or through the phone number: +58 212 in working hours from 8:00 am until 04:00 pm.
2Online purchase
The payment system online is provided by a third-party, specifically by the enterprise PayPal and Insta Pago: at the moment of making the purchase the customer will be redirected to PayPal or Insta Pago platform. We recommend the review of the Privacy Policy of PayPal and Insta Pago before agreeing on the terms. Once the payment is approved the order will be processed as well as the shipping.
3Shipping method
To pick up orders In-store pick up is used (only in Venezuela) in order to reduce costs for customers. Nevertheless in case the customer requires any other system of shipping please contact us to check rates and dates.
4Shipping periods and orders complaints
For orders within national territory: the period will be between 03 and 15 working days since the confirmation date of the order as long as the selected product or products is/are immediately available, for orders abroad (international) please contact us in a period of time between 7 and 10 working days since the confirmation date of the order. The order will arrive at the chosen mail office. The operator is the only responsible about delivery dates. MS XISTY is not responsible for delays that may occur. However, if the customer does not receive the shipping in a term of 25 days please contact us at pedidos@msxisty.com to make a claim to the operator. In case of shipping by certified mailing offices, the operator keeps a term of response to a claiming up to three months of International shipping and one month in national shipping. Once there is a response the customer will be informed. In case that the requested products are not immediately available, MS XISTY will contact the customer to inform the estimated arrival date of the order.
5Shipping costs
for shipping within National Territory costs shall be indicated in our website.
6Cancellation and returns of orders are detailed in the following conditions
we design thinking about you and about what you like, knowing the style which represents each purchase, but if you are not satisfied you may return your item(s), following the detailed steps and requirements below:

- The return of the item must be done in the next 10 days once the item is received.

- We do not accept return of the items considered Final Sale or Special sales.

- Each returned item must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt.

- We take seriously policy of return so that when we pack the order we check meticulously the item in a way to assure that our customers acquire the desired item. Based on that the item must be in same conditions as we shipped. We cannot accept any item for return that is not in original, new condition or damaged.

- We don’t accept return or exchange of items considered intimates such as bodysuits.

- Charges of return handling and shipping are run by the customer, the customer must be sure about the mail office company that will be responsible for the item(s). The enterprise is not responsible for the loss of the package.

- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for all returns.

7Liabilities of customer
the customer is committed to provide reliable information about data requested in register forms or order forms and keep them updated, as well as, to accept the foresaid conditions and terms of use and Policy of Privacy and provide an address for orders delivery. In case of non-compliance of this liability or any other which may compromise the handle of the order we will not be responsible of any delay difficulty of the delivery of the order requested by the customer.
8Applied taxes, prices and validity of conditions
Amounts which are reflected in our online store are in American dollars ($) plus the Added Value Tax (IVA). The price of the items and products is subdued to modifications which the provider sets. These prices are valid only for abroad shipping. Conditions on this document may vary without previous notice.
9Security and confidentially
MS XISTY guarantees the security and confidentially in all the communications with its customers. The customer must be aware that the security of Paypal and Insta Pago, through which will make the purchase in this online store, it is based on the protection of his password of Pay Pal and Insta Pago. Pay Pal and Insta Pago shall never ask the password to the customer: the emails and other communications which request information concerning passwords must be avoid and considered as not authorized or suspicious. Information related to customer purchases is stored in secure servers of PayPal and Insta Pago. When use PayPal to pay online, the customer provides only his email address. MS XISTY receives the payment through Pay Pal without having access about any financial data of the customer. So that all payments transactions are made through a secure server which protects customers data from attempts of violations of third-parts. The users of this online store gives their consent in order to accomplish the purpose detailed in Privacy Policy so that the collection of their data is executed through services providers used by MS XISTY.

For printing and delivery of Tax receipts the guidelines below are followed:

1. The electronic receipt is sent by mail in PDF format within the next 3 days after the payment of the order is approved.

2. The customer must verify that the data provided in customer service is correct in order to complete the electronic receipt.

3. If the customer does not capture the receipt data before making the payment we will understand that you do not require receipt and it will not be generated after that.

4. The electronic receipts processed already cannot be modify.

Subscribers (or affiliates or customers) must respect all these policies of use in order to avoid to infringe or participate in the following forbidden activities:

Unacceptable content

All services provided by online trading must be used for legal purposes.

Transmission, storage or exposing any information, data material or violation of any rule, local, state, federal or international applicable regulations is forbidden.

Including but not limitative: material of copyright, obscene or aggressive material or protected material by copyrights or similar.

Examples of content or unacceptable links are:

Any violation of protected material by copyrights whose trademark is registered or patented without knowledge of the holder of the copyright, the trademark or patented rights. MS XISTY may request by Law to block or delete any access to a content under suspicion of violation of copyrights.
